Návrh nábytkového prvku pro děti vhodného pro CNC výrobu
Kubátová, Michaela
This thesis deals with theory and manufacturing of flatpack furniture construction, especially about children's playing table, with using CNC technology. The main idea of children´s table design is easy assembly and disassembly without use of special tools, adhesives or additional fittings. The theoretical part describes the history and current state of table furniture for preschool children, flatpack furniture, furniture joints and CNC technology. The practical part presents the creation of a children's playing table design, prototyping description, suggestions to improve the product and the overall assessment of the benefit for practice.
Výroba a konstrukce čepového spoje pomocí CNC technologie
Baráková, Jana
The main object of this theses is make research of issues relating to joints and CNC technology, find out information and apply this in design and manufacture of CNC tenon joint. The thesis contains definition of basic concepts, resource searching, background research, historical contexts introduction a basic information to exist theme. Teoretic part contains subjects relevant to joints in general, conventional joints, CNC joints, NC and CNC machine tools, CAD and CAM systems and NC programmes making. A part of the thesis is design of CNC tenon joint and its application on particular product. To design relates selection and application of proper materials, design documentation, 3D models and visualization exist product. The principal result of this theses should be manufactured prototype of designed product. In conclusion there are results review, incurred difficulties and its solutions.
Analýza CNC spojů využívaných v nábytkářském průmyslu
Gajdoš, Martin
CNC joints represent a non-traditional way of connecting materials. The work focuses on an analysis of the connections in the view of selected historical context, the philosophy and the real situation, as well as new production lines based on this relatively new technology. Additionally, other characteristics of CNC connection, such as aestheics properties or effects of multiple joints coexistence in a product, are described in practical part. These documents are followed by a questionnaire for producers of furniture which explores their attitude to these joints. The questionnaire should help to clarify the ability of the joint to compete on the market; and the willingness of manufacturers to implement the philosophy of CNC joinery into its production. The author produced a sample consisting of four typical CNC connections, milled on a CNC machining center as an outcome of all the collected knowledge. The production of the sample will help to determine material, economic and also skill demands of product manufacturing which are based on this connection. The work contains a thematic literature review, an analysis of selected properties of the connection, a questionnaire, its evaluation, results interpretation, and description of the CNC joints sample production. The last part summarizing the results and CNC joint potential in relation to the furniture.
